Cheesy Steamed Silk Tofu and Eggs

Equipment

  • 1 steamer if you don't have one you can add water in a frying pan and place a porcelain plate with the baking plate/ bowl on top.

Ingredients

Tofu and egg mix

  • 2 large eggs
  • 70 g silk tofu (~1/4 block)
  • 1/2 tsp fish sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp korean chili flakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/4 cup water

Toppings

  • 2 oz cooked salmon
  • 3 pieces boiled broccoli
  • 1 slice white cheese (mozzarella, american)
  • shredded mozzarella
  • 1 stalk green onion

Instructions

Steamed Silk Tofu egg.

  • In a blender add eggs, silk tofu, water, fish sauce, sesame oil, Korean chili flakes, salt and blend until smooth.
  • Pour mix on a small baking pan and steam for 10 min.

Prepare toppings

  • Boil broccoli in water and salt for ~ 5 min and rinse with cold water.
  • Season salmon with salt and olive oil. Bake at 450 for 10 min (or Airfry at 370C for 10 min).

Assemble and bake

  • Top steamed tofu and egg with broccoli, salmon pieces, cheese slice and shredded cheese and green onions and bake at 400 until cheese melts (or Airfry at 370C for 5 min)
