- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp blueberry syrup or vanilla syrup (1.5 pumps), honey. More to taste.

- 3 blueberries (optional)
- 1/4 tsp dried lavender buds (optional)
Instructions

- Simmer milk in a saucepan at low-medium heat OR microwave for 1.5 min.
- (optional) add ~3 blueberries, squished with fingers and a pinch of dry lavender to the milk for color and flavor.
