Donβt waste those shriveled blueberries leftovers from your blueberry syrup! Use them to make liqueur.

How to make blueberry liqueur?
Blueberry liqueur is made by infusing blueberries in alcohol, usually vodka and a sweetener. Here I used leftover blueberries and lavender from a blueberry syrup I previously made and rum! You can call that scrappy cooking!!!

How long does it takes?
Leave it infusing for 2 weeks or more. The longer the leave it the stronger the taste.
